What Is Scottsdale Manors?
Scottsdale Manors is a resort living-inspired residential Strata, gated community.
Development is scheduled to begin in early 2024. The development comprises
of:
➢ 43 units as follows:
➢ 22 three-bedroom detached villas
➢ 15 two-bedroom detached villas
➢ An apartment block consisting of 2 one-bedroom and 4 studios.
Where Is Scottsdale Manors?
Scottsdale Manors is located in Stewart Castle, Trelawny, off the North Coast
Highway between Duncans & Falmouth. It is approximately 40 minutes (26 miles
or 42 km) from Montego Bay or 50 minutes (35 miles or 56 km) from Ocho Rios.
What Are The Special Features In The Building Design?
All bedrooms of the 2 & 3-bedroom villas are ensuite. Each villa has its own rooftop terrace, and each unit on the apartment block has its own cabana on the roof, taking advantage of the views of the countryside, the sea in the distance, and the strong cool breeze throughout our hot days and nights.

Construction is scheduled for completion by February 2026.

Are Prices Subject to Escalation?
Yes, all prices are subject to certified escalation and closing costs, which are not
expected to exceed 15 percent.
Are There Any Special Discounts On Pre-construction/Early-Bird Purchases?
➢ Special early bird/pre-construction prices will be effective up to 31 January
2024, for a limited number of buyers on a first come, first served basis.
➢ Cash purchasers.
What Is The Payment Plan For Cash Purchases?
➢ 15% on signing of the sale agreement.
➢ A further 15% is due 90 days after the signing of the sale agreement.
➢ A further 20% is due 180 days after the signing of the sale agreement.
➢ A further 25% is due 270 days after the signing of the sale agreement.
➢ Balance on completion.
Are Short-term Rentals Allowed?
Yes, but only through an exclusive property concierge service administered by
the homeowners’ association/strata corporation. This is designed to ensure
accommodation arrangements within the Scottsdale community are in
accordance with the standards agreed by homeowners.
